Its fishing time in Panama City Beach. You can chuck your line at the city pier or at the county pier, but it appears that fishermen are glued to their favorite one. This is the time when along with locals, tourists try their luck in fishing.

Mattieu Harper, a resident of the Panama City Beach, told that Pier Park pier was better and has a lot more bait. Louis Walker, another resident and fisherman at the Panama City Beach told that he got the biggest pompano fish off this pier, but still he prefers this pier.

Rick Russell, the Panama City Beach Councilman, told that it is quite deeper; therefore better quality fish are caught from this pier and he added that their fishes tastes better. People like the fishes caught off from their pier. The fishes here also tend to be heavy compared to other pier. This pier also stretches further into the Gulf. He stated that their pier is 1/4 inch longer compared to other county pier and he knows that because the engineer who built this informed him about this fact.

But those fish at the county pier has another story. Tennessee’s Mike Wilyard is coming to Panama City Beach for the past twenty nine years. He told that this pier is hundred percent or even thousand percent cleaner compared to the city pier. Georgia’s Ken McFarland told that he comes to his pier because he gets more catch here and he never had a good luck at any other pier.
